How do I get started with BokehCRM?

Simply create an account by clicking the "Register" button. After registration, you can immediately start adding your first contacts and jobs. We recommend starting with the dashboard overview to familiarize yourself with the interface.

Can I import my existing customer data?

Yes! We support CSV imports for contacts and jobs. You can export your data from most other CRM systems and import it into BokehCRM. Contact our support team if you need assistance with the import process.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. All data is stored on secure servers in the EU and automatically backed up daily. We are fully GDPR compliant and take data protection very seriously.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export it. After 30 days, your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes, we offer phone support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CET). For fastest response, we recommend emailing support@bokehcrm.eu or using the in-app chat feature.
